🚀 Masterplan: Instagram Growth (Solo, 1 Account)

> Ausgangspunkt: Eine Person. Keine IG-Erfahrung. 1 Account. Ziel: AI-Model wachsen lassen.

> Quelle: Elite - AI OFM Telegram Group (43.141 Nachrichten)

> Letztes Update: 25.04.2026

Phase 1: Setup (Tag 1-3)

Ziel: Account existiert und sieht lebendig aus. Noch kein Post.

Schritt 1: Hardware

1 iPhone besorgen (gebraucht, iPhone 8 oder neuer). Nur für Instagram — keine privaten Apps

1 US-SIM/eSIM (Mint Mobile, Tello, Airalo). KEIN Heim-WLAN für diesen Account

Telefon-Sprache auf English (US), Tastatur US, alles US

Schritt 2: Account erstellen

Mit US-Nummer registrieren (nicht mit Email, nicht mit Facebook)

Bio auf Englisch, US-Stadt nennen: z.B. 📍 Miami, FL

Keine AI-Keywords in Name/Bio ("AI model", "virtual", "digital creator" → vermeiden)

Profilbild: 1 Face. Das bleibt für immer gleich (ComfyUI + IP-Adapter)

Personal Account, NICHT Business/Creator

Schritt 3: Account warm-up (5-7 Tage)

Täglich 15-30 Min scrollen, liken, 2-3 Accounts folgen

NUR US-Profile (keine deutschen, brasilianischen, indischen)

Keine großen Accounts liken/kommentieren (>100k = Risiko)

Verhalten eines echten neuen Users simulieren. NULL Posts in dieser Phase.

Phase 2: Content-Produktion (parallel zu Phase 1)

Dein Content-Stack (1 Person, 1 Workflow)

ComfyUI (lokal auf deiner RTX 4090)
├── Base Image Generation (SDXL oder Flux)
  ├── Face Swap (IP-Adapter / Reactor)
└── Detail Refinement (Augen, Haut, Hände)
       └── Metadata-Cleaner vor Upload

Vor dem ersten Post produzieren:

30 Tage Content vorab: 90 Stück (3/Tag × 30 Tage). Batch am Wochenende
1 Face, 1 Look, konsistent. Wechsel nicht das Model jede Woche
Mix: 60% Reels (Video), 40% Carousel/Slides (mehrere Bilder mit Musik)
 Alles durch Content-Cleaner jagen: [content-cleaner-pay-676949413700.europe-west1.run.app](https://content-cleaner-pay-676949413700.europe-west1.run.app/)

Was NICHT im Feed zu sehen sein darf:
Keine sichtbaren Nippel/Genitalien → Shadowban
Kein Text wie "AI generated" → manueller Review-Flag
Keine Wasserzeichen von anderen Apps

Phase 3: Launch (Woche 2-3)

Posting-Routine

Zeit (EST) Aktion
08:00 Reel posten
13:00 Carousel/Slides posten
18:00 Reel posten

Jeder Post braucht:
Share-Call-to-Action in der Caption (Shares = höchstes Algo-Gewicht)
 Hashtags: 5 breit (#model), 5 Nische (#aimodel), 5 viral (#fyp)
Exakte US-Location getaggt (nicht "LA", sondern "Venice Beach")
KEINE externen Links in Captions (erste 4 Wochen)
 Englische Caption mit US-Slang

Engagement (täglich 20-30 Min):
Auf ALLE US-Kommentare antworten (Englisch, binnen 1h)
 T3-Kommentare ignorieren oder blocken
 10-15 kleine US-Accounts liken/kommentieren
 NIEMALS große Accounts (>100k) anfassen

Phase 4: Optimieren (Woche 3-4)

Nach 2 Wochen Posting:

Best-Performer identifizieren: Welches Format kriegt die meisten Views/Shares?
Dieses Format KLONEN. Nicht neu erfinden — was funktioniert, wiederholen

Zeit (EST)	Aktion
08:00	Reel posten
13:00	Carousel/Slides posten
18:00	Reel posten

Share-Rate berechnen: Shares ÷ Views`. Unter 2% → Format wechseln

Posting-Zeiten anpassen an DEINE Audience (Instagram Insights checken)

Wachstums-Hebel (wenn es stockt):

Zweit-Account als Audience-Puller: 1 Fan-Account, folgt deiner US-Zielgruppe, interagiert mit ihnen, lenkt auf Haupt-Account

Trend-Sounds: Instagrams native Reels-Audio-Trends nutzen (nicht eigene)

Phase 5: Monetarisieren (ab 1k-5k Follower)

Follower	Nächster Schritt
1k	Link in Bio → Telegram-Kanal. Sammle Subs
5k	Fanvue oder Stacked-Account registrieren. Stacked = kein "AI"-Label nötig
10k	Brand-Deals: Kostenlose Kleidung/Produkte anfragen
20k+	Account als Asset verkaufbar

🚨 Tägliche Safety-Checkliste

Läuft das Telefon über US-Mobile-Data (nicht WLAN)?

Ist ALLES auf Englisch?

Content durch Cleaner gejagt?

Keine Nippel/Genital im Feed sichtbar?

Nur mit Accounts <100k interagiert?

Share-Call-to-Action in der Caption?

US-Location getaggt?

📈 Realistische Meilensteine (30 Tage)

Tag	Erwartung
1-7	Warm-up. 0 Posts. Account lernt.
8	Erster Post
14	100-300 Follower (wenn Content gut + Engagement korrekt)
21	Bestes Format identifiziert → Rinse & Repeat
30	500-1000 Follower

Realität: Die Gruppe berichtet von 0 Views in Woche 1 (falsches Setup) bis 300k Views in Woche 1 (perfektes Format + Glück). Der Median liegt bei langsamem, stetigem Wachstum.

⚡ Deine ersten 3 Schritte (HEUTE)

US-SIM bestellen (Mint Mobile 3-Monats-Paket, ~$45)

iPhone zurücksetzen auf US-English

ComfyUI Face-Swap-Pipeline zum Laufen bringen (1 Face, konsistent)
